Delen van je persoonlijke gegevens of delen daarvan wordt door PGH uitsluitend gedaan met organisaties in het belang van uitvoering van activiteiten, mogelijk te maken. Dit geschiedt uitsluitend voor zo ver PGH voor de uitvoering van haar activiteiten hieraan gehouden is door wettelijke bepalingen of afgesloten samenwerking overeenkomsten. Onder deze organisaties worden verstaan: de Koninklijke Vereniging van Luchtvaart (afdeling para), ministerie van defensie en in voorkomend geval andere overheidsorganisaties. PGH verstrekt geen gegevens aan derden voor andere dan de voorgenoemde doeleinden.
Je kunt je eigen persoonsgegevens opvragen om inzicht te krijgen in welke gegevens wij van je in ons gegevensbestand hebben, deze te corrigeren of, na beëindiging lidmaatschap, te laten verwijderen. Stuur hiertoe een mail of brief naar de secretaris PGH. Het in deze door de PGH toegepaste protocol betreffende AVG word je op verzoek toegezonden.
Mochten er foto's en andere zaken momenteel op onze website of facebook pagina staan die je in het kader van de privacyregels verwijderd wilt hebben dan kan je hiervoor contact opnemen met het secretatiaat via secretariaat-PGH@outlook.com.

Also addresses and phone numbers relatives to inform in case of emergencies Your personal (contact) data can be provided to you. We retain your personal data for as long as you like us to provide you with information regarding PGH and its services.
PGH. is responsible for the processing and storage of this personal data. PGH does her outmost best in protecting the privacy of its members. Personal data are therefore carefully processed, stored, and secured by us according to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and other Dutch lawful privacy legislation like AVG from 25 May 2018.
You are always entitled to check / inspect the personal data that PGH keeps from you. If this information could be incorrect, you can help us correct it. You also have the right to ask us to delete your personal data or to make your personal data available to you on a data carrier. Requests for this you can exercise by sending an email personally to the secretary PGH accompanied by a scanned copy of your passport and mentioning your name and address. All documents provided will be destroyed after PGH has processed your request.

De verwerking, opslag en verstrekken van de gegevens voeren wij uit conform de bepalingen in de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). Je persoonsgegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor de ledenadministratie en om je op de hoogte te houden met informatie over of van activiteiten georganiseerd door of vanwege de stichting PGH.
